This past Sunday, I gave them one more shot. I honestly consider that, all things included/time wasted, to be the worst service I've had in my 6 years of living in Dallas. They (bar staff) were too busy talking with their regulars. Where was that hand before you dropped my food off? I then proceeded to watch every staff member walk past the order multiple times to the point where I had to get up and get myself. He has his pants sagging well below his butt and then upon dropping the food onto the bar, he wipes the snot off his nose with the back of his hand. At one point in my meal, I ordered a bowl of fruit. The service was so horrendous, we moved to the bar where it didn't get much better. She throws the menus on the table, throws them open and says "as you know these are all letters, letters make words and words make sentences and then you tell me what you want" all while smelling like the previous night's beer. It took our waitress 8-10 minutes to even come say hi. I went in for their famed brunch 2 months ago and sat down with a friend. So, my verdict - a complete disaster! We go to Pho places around the COUNTRY and this one was definitely not the one we would ever come back again. How is this place still open? If it weren't for the social media attention for their bloody mary/mimosa brunch drinks, this place wouldn't be what it is. My wife’s beef and broccoli dinner size portion was small - again for the price you pay it doesn’t justify it. The broth was not what it supposed to taste either. Their brisket was hard and didn’t taste what brisket supposed to, flank steak didn’t get cooked because the broth wasn’t hot enough. And not only that - but GOOD quality meat and delicious broth.

The absence of other competition and knowledge what a good bowl of Pho is supposed to look and taste like results in people being scammed and ripped off by this place. Despite so many positive reviews people don’t realize they get ripped off at this place. To start, it’s ridiculous how much they charge for a mid size bowl just to have a few pieces of meat floating in their Pho. Well, we decided to stop by this place because of so many positive reviews. If you're coming with a large group call make a reservation is my suggestion. I agree with there sign that basically say coming as strangers leave as friends. The people that came were just as friendly as the staff. We went right on the dot at 4pm on a Tuesday had the place to ourselves for a minute. Which again my 6-year-old took it from me and devoured it. Oh and the carrot cake was just smooth and my mouth. This was a cozy little gem I am glad to find.

I am going back with my husband for a date night. Staff was friendly and nice they gave my daughter toys to play with while we waited and we didn't wait too long for our food. Inside was nice and cozy and I wouldn't have found it if I wouldn't have been following my GPS why because I didn't think the house was the restaurant and let me just say now I know where it is I will definitely be back again it is worth a trip. And their soup was delicious it was this Italian sausage at first my daughter turned her nose up on it because it looked green but she took a bite of it and she wanted to steal it from me.She did. Garlic mashed potatoes nice smooth creamy oh I'm just craving it as I'm thinking about it. My six year old had eaten most her fries before I could even take the picture she didn't need to catch up she said they were delicious. The yummy crisp onion on top this just melted in my mouth. It was juicy and no A1 sauce was put on this baby. I ordered 22 oz steak I cut it down the middle so that why it looks a little funny.
